The roseconv.hst file is the track history from the 108th Annual Rose Parade
convoy.  These are the convoys used to transport the floats from the building
sites to the parade formation area.

We used the spcl filter and I have also used filterhst to remove duplicate 
position reports. This is mainly because there was time when floats would breakdown
and would sit for repairs on the road.
